Jamie Oliver prepares a thrifty curry using chicken drumsticks bought for half the price of breast, but full of flavour. He also makes a Mexican omelette with a guacamole-style slaw, a giant vegetable rosti with poached eggs and crispy Cajun fishcakes, and 'snake in the hole', a cross between a roasted meatloaf and meatballs with Yorkshire pudding.
