Reporter Mark Williams-Thomas goes undercover to investigate the extraordinary claims of a member of embassy staff who says he is able to use his position to commit crime and Exposure hears how some diplomatic bags, which cannot be searched, are being used to smuggle drugs and other items illicitly over borders. The programme also reveals how some diplomatic workers use their immunity from prosecution to try to evade even the most serious criminal charges, mistreat their staff, and how embassies have failed to pay millions of pounds of congestion charges.
