When a boy is viciously attacked and bitten in the leg by a pit bull, it is up to the Critter Gitters to capture the offending pooch before he is able to strike again. When animal control arrives to check up on the dog, they receive no cooperation whatsoever from the animal’s equally mangy owner, Mr. Belcher.
