Ravana tries to convince Mahadev to visit Lanka, but in vain. Sumali stops Ravana from committing suicide. Mahadev praises Ganesha for fulfulling his promise, made to Parvati. Ravana becomes furious on learning that Ganesha deceived him. Nandi advises Bhringi not to differentiate between Mahadev and Parvati. Parvati becomes happy on seeing Mahadev in Kailash. Durgasur plans to attack Kailash, in the absence of Mahadev. Ravana hits the Shivling and announces that the good side of him has died.
