When Tessa and Jay bought this cute little house, they knew they were taking on a big renovation. However, they liked the neighborhood and saw the potential in the house so they thought it would be a good investment for the future. But four kids in a row meant renovations took a back seat and now this family of six is stuck living in only 722 square feet of space on the main floor. To resolve this family's problems, enter competitors Jillian and Todd. Designer Jillian and her team hope to turn a crowded house into a comfortable space for six, while Realtor Todd believes it's time Tessa and Jay moved into a bigger home. Tired of going toe to toe over their half finished house, Tessa and Jay are wondering... can they love their home again or will they list it?
