Det. Keith Harris from Adelaide poses as an international criminal to gather information on mysterious deaths involving a night club gang, led by Melbourne's 'Mr. Big' - a nightclub owner named Joe Butler. Butler disposes of his rivals by murder, but in each case the death appears to be accidental.
