Phil Spencer catches up with the first set of British expats he helped to relocate down under. The Davidson family from Essex moved to Perth to get a better work-life balance. But with over 3,000 British expats returning back home every year, clearly a life in the sun doesn't always live up to the dream - as Phil soon discovers.
