During a rainy day, Dudley is accidentally electrocuted by a lightning bolt, giving him the ability to predict the future. When Snaptrap finds out, he tries to be struck by another lightning bolt at the top of Petropolis power plant, but it can cause a blackout throughout the whole city in the process.
