Manuel confronts Leonardo, demanding an explanation for the thefts he has been committing at his company. Leonardo tries to justify himself, saying he only did it to protect Manuel and that he intends to return everything. While attempting to flee the country, Leonardo goes to Tamara's apartment and invites her to run away with him. However, upon arriving, he is faced with a terrible revelation: he finds Rebeca's lifeless body. Tamara tries to escape the crime scene after Leonardo accuses her upon discovering his mother's body. Lorena, upon learning of the thefts Leonardo committed against Manuel, plans to confront him and turn him over to the authorities before he manages to flee the country.
