Evren, upon seeing the baby, for the first time fully realizes that he is going to be a father, which triggers his fear of losing Bahar. A case brought into the hospital forces Bahar and Evren to work together, confronting Evren with the damage caused by his inner conflict. On the Aziz Uras and Seren front, Aziz Uras takes action to win Seren back.
