Josef breeds bison in Sickenhausen. The animals originally come from Canada, but since the nineties they have also been found in Upper Bavaria, as their meat is very popular with gourmets. Meanwhile, Hubert and his daughter Sina harvest more than a million apples in just one day at the picturesque Lake Constance.
