A whistle blows on a moonlit night and, one by one, all the most important scientists are attacked. Castania's queen, Axis, whose son was stolen by an alchemist in the distant past, has survived for 500 years and is now targeting modern-day alchemists/scientists for revenge. Nazo inflames the queen and reveals that it was Doctor Yamatone who took the child. Axis shows up and faces Fantaman with the skeletal monster Scarpa.
