The Dutch court ruled that this episode was not to be aired as footage was made without consent. If the episode was aired, a fine of €15.000 would be imposed. De Vries, SBS Broadcasting BV and Endemol Nederland B.V. did refused to comply with this judgement and aired the episode anyway.
