Law enforcement officers see human beings at their worst when they pull over drivers who are exceeding the speed limit. From there, the wild excuses, unbelievable confessions and unprovoked hysterical fits come pouring out of the reckless road users, sometimes turning what should be a serious situation into a comical one.
