Dr. Yasenova continues her work with patients despite difficulties. 12-year-old Vladimir has problems with his self-centered parents. Magdalena suggests a therapeutic approach through painting a fence, but the boy's father is skeptical. Actor Goran suffers from a split personality with his puppet Goshо, through which he expresses himself and feels more accepted. Several mothers with personal issues visit the therapists: one dealing with a child and a compromising video, and another expecting a baby but struggling with communication with her adopted child. Tatiana, who has problems with her daughter, tries to lie, but Yasenova redirects her to another colleague. Manov meets Natalia, a choreographer dealing with issues after a breakup. Dr. Topazova falls into a crisis after a patient's death, but with help from Manov and Yasenova, she manages to recover.
