One cadet, Sophie, stands out from the rest, but she has a secret which could get her expelled from S.P.D. As Kat works to get the Command Megazord on line, a criminal named Valko searches for a Series-One Processor/Hyper-Intelligent Encryptor that will bring under his control an otherwise untamable gigantic cyborg called Goradon.
