Empty nesters Denise and David Fox have sold the family home and want to up-sticks from Sutton Coldfield and downsize to a rural haven somewhere in Gloucestershire. They're hoping their 395 thousand pounds will be enough to get them their ideal place with enough land for David to have a workshop.
