The head of the hospital does not like the close friendship of Judyta and Piotr, the young doctor receives an ultimatum and has to leave the hospital. Maciek manages to escape from the police again. Wolnicki suspects that his next victim may be Polkowska. For this reason, the policewoman is sent on leave, and Mrówiec takes her place. Meanwhile, a revolt breaks out in the psychiatric hospital, led by Wolnicki himself.
