Ray and the W.A.S. crew first travel to Columbia, Missouri to check out the Mid-Missouri Regional Soap Box Derby race. Then they zoom on over to historic Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri for the Power Racing Series where teams take $400 and a power wheels toy and try to make the fastest race vehicle possible.
