Jessica and Jeff bought a house in the location of their dreams, close to good schools for their two kids, but it needs a full gut and remodel before they can even think about moving in. After getting endless bids on the renovation from many contractors and designers, they have more questions than answers. Turning to Drew and Jonathan, the new homeowners ask the brothers to add an additional bathroom to the main floor - no small feat given the tiny footprint. The proposed solution means Jessica and Jeff must make a tough decision that will drastically alter the layout of their house and makes them question whether their expectations for fit and function are unrealistic.
