Bassie (Bas van Toor) and Adriaan (Aad van Toor) are in Ireland to find a package for their mysterious questgiver. They find the package at the end of the rainbow. Meanwhile B100 (Hans Beijer) is still hot on their trail. Next stop for Bassie and Adriaan is Italy, where according to the letter they can find the package where the hand is. The Baron (Paul van Gorcum) and Handige Harry (Paul van Soest) travel to Italy to help B100 try and capture Bassie and Adriaan.
