Anna is in Brazil with the giant otter, the giant among the martens. It can be up to two metres long and weigh over 40 kilograms. The sociable and diurnal animal lives in wolf-like packs. The pack goes hunting together and raises the young together. But the destruction of the habitat, water pollution, overfishing and poaching threaten the animals more and more. The giant otter is highly endangered.
