Dr Andrew and Dr Jana must urgently treat a jockey who’s been crushed under a horse, leaving him with life-threatening injuries. Dr Jason attends to a patient in agony after crashing a motorbike into a truck. And Dr Martin and Nurse Sarah have to resort to translator apps to communicate with a scared young tourist hit by a car.
