We meet Mel Grile and what he calls his "One of One." Similar cars have sold at auction for close to a million dollars. Mel's car is probably worth more than any of them. Then, Jay meets with the lieutenant of the Red River Valley SWAT team to check out a Lenco BearCat they've had since 2009. Jay rides in the BearCat with SWAT team leader Craig Danielson.
