Fiona MacKenzie and Niall Iain Macdonald present highlights from the 2017 Belladrum Tartan Heart music festival. Tonight's featured act is the illustrious rock band The Pretenders, headed up by the phenomenally talented singer-song writer and musician Chrissie Hynde. The Pretenders took to the stage on the second night of the three-day festival held on the Belladrum Estate by Beauly and this was their first appearance at Belladrum. Since they formed in the late 70s, The Pretenders have been an influential band in the music world. In 2005 they were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, despite Chrissie Hynde being unimpressed by the 'accolade'.
