Val helps a passenger track down his army buddy, last seen somewhere between the ticket counter and the gates. They've survived months together on active duty in Iraq, but will they be able to reunite for their journey home? Meanwhile at LAX, temperatures rise when an airline mix-up separates parents from their children.
