In this high-flying series, we provide viewers with complete access to the inner workings and emotional stories behind Southwest Airlines--from individual passenger's tales and dramatic reunions to action at the counter between passengers and employees. Our "cast" of characters includes the personnel who create a minor miracle every day by getting the airline airborne.
