Erected in 1914, the Chester County Jail is a hotbed of paranormal activity. In the past 12 years, administrator Liz Anderson has learned to work alongside several different ghosts who allegedly haunt the jail. When Liz invites members of the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society (CAPS) to investigate the ghostly activity, it comes as no surprise that they, too, have incredible experiences with the spirits.
