Cashews and carrots are the name of today's game. Chef Lauren Gulyas starts out by making chicken with a nutty, buttery cashew crust. Instead of dredging the chicken in flour before putting on a crust, Lauren crushes up some cashews into a powder and uses that, for a double nut experience. Next she puts a twist on the classic carrot cake by making rich and decadent carrot cupcakes complete with homemade cream cheese frosting.
