Hey lovely people! I hope that you are doing okay (because really well is a lot of pressure!) and that you can find some peace of mind during these chaotic times. I had a couple of really bad anxiety days and I thought I will attempt to reign it in a bit during the weekend and take you along with me. None of the things that I mention are going to be "a cure" and that is important to highlight. However I do believe that doing something builds trust within yourself and it can help in small ways in the long run.
