After a busy morning of appearances on several well-known talk shows, Jon and Kate decide to take advantage of their location and show the kids a little bit of the Big Apple with a carriage ride through Central Park. How will the kids do on such a busy day? And will the long bus ride home bring welcomed naps or unfortunate meltdowns?
