Jonathan asks Zelech for help in putting his plan into action. Ahithophel is surprised by Dalia's presence. Jonathan and Zelech surprise a group of Philistines and attack them. Alas is astonished to learn that his men were attacked by only two Israelites. Jonathan and Zelech are startled when they feel a tremor in the earth. Everyone begins to notice the phenomenon.
