César Wagner, police captain in the Strasbourg SRPJ, is called to a strange crime scene where the body of a woman has been drained of blood. The victim is the chief jurist of the Romanian delegation to the European Court of Human Rights. The investigation proves to be particularly complex within this institution where members are protected by diplomatic immunity.
