Today, Aaron McCargo Jr. a.k.a. Big Daddy is stopping by to prepare some of his favorite dishes. He's going to start us off with his Rockin' Roast Pork Shoulder. Then he's going to show us his secret ingredient in Big Daddy's Spanish Rice. Next, we're going to fry up some Cajun Tempura Okra with a Scallion Dipping Sauce.
