André and Semir pursue the fugitive driver Thomas Meiners, who escapes in a pile-up, while they stay on the trail of construction site manager Bartuschak. Together with the valuables transport company Krüger, he is planning a fake robbery on his own transporter, involving jewels. Marcus, Krüger's son, finds out about the plan and tries to prevent the robbery. He takes the driver's seat and ends up in mortal danger while Cobra 11 investigates.
