A young surgeon was murdered, then it was the turn of the big boss to be shot dead. What is behind Dr. Rivière's luxurious clinic? Rose is very embarrassed because her own mother, the wealthy Barbara Bellecour, is on the list of suspects. Barbara was indeed not only the faithful patient but one of Dr. Rivière's mistresses.
