Karen Wright and Philip Johnston from County Durham dream of retiring to rural France, they have picked the region of Lot et Garonne in the South West of the country as the perfect spot to realise their plans to foster stray dogs. Jonnie Irwin sets out to help Karen and Philip find the right property for a budget of £100,000 which has enough land to accommodate all their rescue dogs, as well as the five they already have.
