Then one day, Mom lies to her as she leaves to go play mahjong...At the monthly PTA meeting, Mugi, the mother in a very large family, stands up and makes a proclamation. Her suggestion is received very well by the other mothers. Bunji and Daichi are racing turtles in the hallway. Dad declares, "If it's horse racing, leave it to me!" Mom is brought in as a reluctant color commentator, and they're off...! Bunji and Mom go to a department store to buy a return gift to give to Chinatsu on White Day. Looking to choose a gift that "tickles a woman's feelings," Mom picks out the sweet that's all the rage: macarons.
