Pedro Andrade is going to Copenhagen to try to better understand the myth that the Dane is the "happiest people in the world". He investigates the culture of bicycles in the city where almost half of the population goes back and forth from work under two wheels. Pedro also learns about a research from the Nordic Food Lab, which studies unusual ingredients such as an ant-made gin and still eats goat brain at the Bror restaurant.
