Young and Smithy are minutes away from a bullet in the head from Wayne Radford's goons, when a raid on Hedley's Club takes place just in time to save them. Unable to say anything about their ordeal, the pair claim to have been innocently having a drink at the club when the raid occurred. Okaro and Gold are furious that the raid took place without their consent. When Wayne is nicked for possession, he blows Young's cover in interview. Nixon tries to file a misper report after her daughter Abi fails to return home. When Abi's clothes and travelcard are found by the side of the Thames, Nixon realises the nightmare is only just beginning. Perkins and De Costa rescue a young boy from a convicted paedophile.
