Easy LED Toy - 'lectronics for the back of the class (2016x2)

This is not a typical "basics" tutorial, instead it is a conversational follow-along-while-I-build-something-simple with LEDs. A lot of us don't learn well by reading and rote. This is for guys who learn by watching and doing, who aren't afraid to let the smoke out. There is no theory, just how to arrange jelly beans to get them chooching. It is not a recipe but a vid to get you to mess around on your own.
