You don't need any special casting equipment, just a welding machine some graphite and some kinetic sand (silly putty in sand form). In this vid you'll see me set up and complete my first ever aluminum pour in a matter of minutes. The key is getting rid of all the complicated furnace and sand casting equipment. Instead, I'll use a stick welder and some play sand from the toy store.
