This week Rosie and I do the Roast Yourself Challenge! I'm not going to lie to you, it hurt. It hurt more than I could have possibly imagined. Turns out I can be really mean. I'm never going to turn my back on myself again. I'm constantly walking in circles but that's a price you pay when you decide to watch your own back. Logic.
