As Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell struggles to find 50 Republican 'yes' votes for health care reform, he has delayed a vote on his plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act until after the July 4 recess. McConnell will unveil an updated bill on Friday that he hopes will appease both conservative and moderate members of his caucus.
