The radio silence between Fahri and Christian continues. Even when Fahri stands meekly outside Christian's door and asks him to look after his illegitimate son with Blümchen, Christian turns him down. But Emily and Christian are getting closer again - if it weren't for Jasna. Christian promises Emily that he will soon break up with Jasna. But then Christian accidentally opens a letter to Jasna from the hospital, finding: cancer. He feverishly considers how to gallantly get out of the act. The right moment doesn't seem to come.
