A hippo emerges from Wissper's bath with an unusual eating problem. Some of her herd have trouble remembering their manners and that makes meal times a jostling, uncomfortable mess! Wissper summons Herbert the shire horse to help, and when she sees Herbert in action she has a bright idea.
