Eric and Mishelle want to buy a second home in Hawaii for when they and their three kids need a break from the long, dark and freezing winters they face in Fairbanks, Alaska. They look at a condo first and soon realize that their modest budget won't get them much on the beautiful island of Kauai. Something has to give - it's up to Eric and Mishelle to decide whether that something is going to be their wishlist or their budget.
