Eric Malo's new job offer has him and his wife Alysha packing up in Chicago and heading back to Nashville where they're orginally from. The Malos want to find a house with more room than they have now, and they'd ideally like a space for Alysha to have an art studio, along with at least one guest bedroom. With a budget of $200,000, the couple's biggest obstacle is going to be finding a reasonable home in the pricey area of central Nashville where they hope to live.
