Pink Panther is a furniture salesman who by the end of his workday is tired to the point where he falls asleep in a rolltop desk that's purchased and taken home by Big Nose. Efforts by his dog to alert him of the uninvited guest go unnoticed, leaving Big Nose agitated that he chases the dog out of the house after one last booby trap to catch Pinky gets the better of them both.
