Foie gras is the diseased fatty liver of a duck who was force-fed three times a day for four weeks until his lives swelled to ten times it's normal size. This video is dedicated to Harvest Home and their education and rescue work, and celebrates the death of a cruel delicacy in California, as foie gras will be banned on July 1, 2012 (Note: it says January in the video, but that is incorrect!). http://harvesthomeanimal.org/
